职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Plan & Coordinate on a regional level cleaning, repairs and maintenance activities and equipment installations.
-Support Area and Regional Teams with Budget, Forecast, Tender, Planning and Construction Follow Up of smaller rebuilding’s.
-Supervise cleaning &maintenance so it’s according to company standards and needs.
-Track performance and support them in their daily routines and responsibilities.
-Source new suppliers on a regional level when necessary.
-Assist with regional knowledge (limited but not excluded to Local Regulations, Costs, Contractors, Cleaning Companies etc).
-Control electricity consumption and work actively with energy saving strategy.
-Ensure that stores on a regional level are up to local standards and company security instructions.
-Work actively with department goals in a strategic and target oriented way.
-Track progress on major service requests and equipment replacements.
-Support with status on transport of NCG (Non Commercial Goods; Up-keeping ; NOOS).

Languages:
Local language in equivalent to native level is a prerequisite. English should be fluent both in oral, reading and writing.

-Preferable a degree in engineering or several years of experience in retail facility / retail construction.
-Remain calm and positive in difficult situations and under pressure.
