Duties & Responsibilities：
？ Identify people development needs through business understanding and design Management Trainee (MT) program and other development programs.
？ Facilitate MT program as a project manager.
？ Recruit and assess management trainees.
？ Design and deliver the training content in the MT program and other training needs.
？ Provide coaching and feedback to the trainees after training.
？ Review and evaluate MT program in each stage, and upgrade the program.
？ Launch, develop and implement various talent development programs.
？ Certify as an internal trainer to deliver training courses.
？ Daily training data tracking and management.
？ Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation.
Skills & Requirements：
？ Fluent in English - oral and written communication skills;
？ Structuring thinking, project management skills;
？ Strong people assessment skills;
？ A good team player, influence and cross-function communicator;
？ People-oriented, proactive and passionate;
？ Service-oriented;
？ Able to work in an international environment;
？ Strong computer software skills (Windows package, Intranet design).
Education & Experience ：
？ Education: Bachelor degree and/or above.
？ Experience: Desired experience in management trainee program with multinational company for at least 2 years. Experience in leading or managing leadership or talent development programs as a plus.
