Description
To take the role of merchandiser for the more difficult cases or as back-up
To ensure the merchandiser reporting to her are properly coached and motivated
To ensure all fields of RM's or FG's are covered As a member of the staff of the Shekou office, the manager needs to ensure that in her area there is a proper balance between the supply side and the support side of the organization and that the RM group and the FG group are working properly together
Requirement:
Fluent English, rich experience as Merchandiser manager in handbag/backpack will be preferred
