Job Description
1) Oversee and manage GTS pipeline from demand generation to contract closure by working closely with client facing sellers, solution design experts and Marcom/Channel partners to achieve sales results in assigned territory/accounts
2) Personally take responsibility to develop ITS business, cultivate trusted relationship with CIOs/IT Directors and closure of large/complex deals at assigned focused accounts
3) Provide insights on demand and uncover client's specific requirements for effective promotion of specific ITS solutions
4) Assist other ITS sellers and account coverage for effective closure of ITS contracts in the assigned territory/industry
The Successful applicant will adapt communications and approaches to conclude negotiations with various teams of IBM Business Partner(s) and/or vendor resources, resulting in common agreements, to solve customer business requirements.
Required Skills
. understand business industry, with At least with 6 years experiences on service engagement
. basic knowledge on GTS and SPLs
. be able to lead mega service deal engagement
. be able to become trusted-advisor of CIO, so as to generate service opp
. work independently, good team working, creative in solving customer problems
. Excellent interpersonal skills, Able to work under pressure and willing to travel
. Degree holder of any discipline
