职位设置目的
Purpose of Position:
Ensure company quality system running effectively. Continual improve internal processes to meet TS16949 and customer requirements. Control and improve the internal manufacturing process and product quality.

首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
Work out the annual quality system work planning for integral company quality system implementation supervision, audit and instruction.
Plan, organize and conduct annual quality system management review, and follow up review actions.
Plan, organize and conduct internal quality audits (system/process/Layer) to cover all company processes, and follow up audit action implementation status.
Plan, organize the third party certification audit and close all the open issues raised by third party auditors.
        Organize customer audits and feedback corrective actions to customer auditors.
Lead internal quality processes and documentation improvement initiatives.
Report company quality system and targets performance monthly.
Lead manufacturing quality improvement and corrective action for the product deviation. Hold nonconforming product MRB review meeting.
Analyze the quality issues and prepare the 8D report, and follow up with the implementation status for all the actions.
Work on defective and master samples, train QC inspectors and operators.
Follow up with the process and technical change and verify the result.
Internal Q-reporting (Bi weekly, monthly, management meeting, etc.) coordinating of setup Quality Objectives (Scrap).
Other tasks as assigned.

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with TS16949 automotive quality standard, strong communication and coordination skill also needed.
Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and statistical/calibration programs.
Ability to interact professionally and build strong relationships with all functions.
Knowledge of automotive industry and car interior material.
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal skills. 举报 分享
