职位描述：
Job Description
? Manage all accident/incident reporting, ensure all EHS issues can be reported timely, accurately to related parties.
? Provide EHS Team with accurate information for monthly and quarterly reporting, including related analysis.
? Organize internal daily/weekly/monthly EHS audit
? Receive external EHS audit by related parties, including government, customer, etc.
? Keep the audit records, and follow the corrective actions to be implemented
? Provide safety control on high-risk equipment management: certification, annual check, etc.
? Organize special worker safety training/certificate
? Provide routine maintenance on fire facilities, including extinguishers, hydrants, emergency lights, fire alarm and sprinkler system, etc.
? Supervise the environmental treatment system to ensure comply with local laws and regulations
? Organize quarterly environmental parameter testing
? Organize annual indoor occupational hazards assessment & test, and provide occupational health check for all related operators
? mplement the EHS training plan
? Provide routine EHS publicity activities to develop the safety awareness
? Coordinate to implement external EHS training
? Conduct some internal safety training
? Work with FOBS Facilitator on data administration & stat. & analysis
? Work as project coordinator of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 program
? Assist to on site construction management for coming new project in China plant
? Assist HR to provide effienct adminitrive support for internal & external customer
? Assist to cooordinate company activites to enhance employee morale.

Requirements：
? 3+ years working experience on EHS in MNC manufacturing.Administrative related working experience is plus.
? College or above in major of Environment, safety, health and related.
? Thrive in a growth environment, and willing to learn new things.
? Strong execution and coordination & communication skills.
? Good English ability is plus.
? Potential to be promoted into EHS Supervisor role. 举报 分享
