职位描述

Position岗位: Training & Performance Manager

Job description 工作职责:
1. Responsible for the set-up of performance and training system.
2. Responsible for people development, performance review, appraisal and goal setting..
3. Responsible for training plan development and budget based on competency assessment and gaps and in line with Company’s development strategy.
4. Maintain and update training system/policy and ensure its effective implementation. Implement the annual training plan, organize training within the budget control, follow up with training results and make training result analysis.
5. Develop, manage and maintain training resources.
6. Provide training consultation and act as an internal trainer when necessary.

Qualification 要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Proficient English language level
3. Above 5 years’ working experience at management level in people development planning and training, preferably with manufacturing company.
4. Good at communicating, coordinating and organizing, detail-oriented, open-minded, logic-thinking and problem solving.
