Finance manager

Main Duty and Responsibilities
1.Ensure secure Internal Control environment and minimise risk to the company. Review and implement continuous improvement in internal control procedures
2.Security of assets including audit of physical stock count, balance sheet accuracy and reconciliations, satisfactory annual audit report, no fraud issues, full compliance with all legal regulations
3.Preparation of annual budget, quarterly YEP's and forecast Accurate and timely budget submissions, accuracy of YEP's and forecasts
4.Coach and review of Financial and Management reporting
5.Timely and accurate financial and management reporting, satisfactory annual audit report, satisfactory annual tax audit report, no penalties or issues related to statutory reporting
6..Detailed business analysis, both financial and non-financial and identify actions to address performance or internal control issues
7.Clear reporting and identification if issues to management, continuous improvement in business performance
8.Be responsible for work allocation / coach / training and evaluation, and lead Finance team to complete goal.

Qualification
1.Education Background"
University degree, bachelor of accounting or business economics
2.at least 5 years Finance Manager experience in MNC
3.Excellent communication skill, Excellent negotiation result-oriented;
4.Excellent English proficiency
5.SAP knowledge
