职位描述：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS基本职责:

1、AR accounting, prepare monthly AR statement and confirm with customer, follow up and clear long aging invoices. (负责应收,每月发对账单与客户对帐,应收账款的催收。)

2、Prepare and review monthly E&O report and book inventory provision document.( 准备和审查每月E&O报表并计提存货跌价准备)

3. Every month production order variance analysis. (每月工单差异分析,检查差异产生的原因。)

4、Analyze the reason of excess materials requisitions in production order, control and reduce overloading. (分析超额领料的原因，从而减少控制超领。)
5、Month end inventory cut-off, production-order settlement, costing closing. (月末存货截数并核对总账和明细账，工单成本结算，成本核算关闭)

6、Prepare monthly inventory and AR reconciliation report. (编制每月存货和应收科目调和表。)

7、Organizing every two weeks inventory cycle count and annual count. (组织每两周、年末存货盘点)。

8、To assist internal audit and annual financial audit. (协助内部审计和每年外部审计。)


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE专业知识:

1、Large manufactory plant work experience, familiar with relevant national financial policies and regulations, can be skilled in using various finance software, just like SAP.

2、大型外资工作经验，熟悉国家财务制度和相关政策法规，能熟练使用各种财务软件，如SAP（FI）。

3、Familiar with production procedure and office software such as EXCELL and WORD.

熟悉生产制造流程，熟练使用OFFIC办公软件如EXCELL、WORD 。

4、Integrity, conscientiousness, good professional accomplishment.

诚信正直，做事认真负责，具备良好的职业修养。

5、Good English and communication skills.
