职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for buildup and lead finance team;
2.Work closely with business lines to support the local business growth with inputs from finance perspective;
3.Oversee the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process and coordinate with respective parties as required (e.g. sales teams, logistic department and warehouse etc)
4.Prepare monthly financial statements and analytical reports to General manager(GM) and overseas HQ;
5.Responsible for Export VAT refund application
6.Assist GM for some HR & payroll matters
7.Full responsibility on PRC tax and other business compliance and reporting;
8.Full responsibility on PRC statutory audit and group audit support.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree holder and a qualified accountant;
2.At least 8-10 years of working experience in financial area, 3 year experience as manager position;
3.Independent, proactive and reliable;
4.Fluency in English (written and oral communication) is required.
5.VAT refund of foreign trade experience is required
6.Familiar with Kingdee (K3) system
7.Good communication skill and team lead spirit

工作职责：
1、负责组织和领导财务部门;
2、紧密配合销售业务，由财务的角度分析销售增长及趋向;
3、监督审查月度、季度和年终结算流程，以及配合各部门的需求（如销售团队，物流部门和仓库等）
4、向总经理和海外总部准备月度财务报表和分析报告;
5、负责出口退税事宜
6、协助总经理关于人事和工资核算事宜
7、全面负责中国税务和其他财务相关的任务及报告;
8、全面负责中国法定审计和集团审计工作。

任职要求：
1、本科以上，拥有会计资格证；
2、至少有8-10年财务相关工作经验，3年财务经理的经验；
3、独立、积极主动、诚实可靠
4、要求精通英语（书面及口语交流）
5、要求有外贸退税经验
6、熟悉金蝶（K3）系统
7、良好的沟通能力和团队领导精神
