职位描述：
Mechanical Engineer 产品结构工程师
Responsibilities:
● To work with internal departments to achieve the client's requests and all the technical issues including product mechanical construction, artwork design and injection molding issues etc.
● Prepare engineering drawings and perform tolerance control;
● Prepare conceptual design of product and engineering documents;
● Familiar with international safety standards and testing methods,(ISO 9000, ANSI / NEMA FL-1)
● To make the construction design and come up with a drawing concerning the issues of material selection, reliability, safety requirements, manufacturing process, functionality and unit cost to meet the product specification etc.
● To be responsible for critical parts/material sourcing
● To communicate with clients to confirm product specification, feasibility and technical enquiry of the design.
● To work with PIE, Production and Quality Department during pilot run and mass production ensure smooth transition from product design to production.

● 与团队合作，以实现客户的要求和所有技术问题，包括产品机械结构，图稿设计和注塑成型等。
● 负责对产品的结构设计、新产品的开发;
● 解决在开发、生产过程中的各种结构/工艺问题;
● 熟悉国际安全标准和检测方法，(ISO 9000, ANSI / NEMA FL-1)
● 与客户/市场部沟通，确认设计的产品规格，可行性和技术咨询。
● 在PIE，生产和质量部门试点运行和批量生产过程中，确保从产品设计到生产的顺利过渡。

Requirements:
● Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
● 5+ years of relevant experience
● Solid experience in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Pro-E
● Knowledge of safety requirements and international standards.
● Exposure to the operation of production line is an advantage.
● Strong proficiency in English and fluency in Mandarin/ Cantonese is preferred
● Team player but can work independently
● Station in Dongguan

● 机械/结构工程，或相关学科专科及以上学位
● 有3年或以上相关工作经验。主要针对家用或戶外照明产品结构设计
● 熟练操作CAD软件，包括AutoCAD，SolidWorks和Pro-E等
● 了解安全要求和国际标准
● 熟悉工厂生产流程和工艺运行更佳
● 了解常用的塑胶和五金材料及其成型工艺和表面处理
● 自我激励，强大的分析能力和积极心态
● 英语水平良好，必需懂读和写，达沟通英语水平。
● 团体合作，但也能独立工作
