职位描述：
The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for success of New Product Development Projects from CPB to the final PRO-04 phase. This is achieved by directing the activities of a development team towards the completion of the project’s product development and launch goals.
The PE2 must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The Sr. PE primary efforts are to provide daily support of the development teams by providing input and leadership to the team members’ efforts in design, manufacturing, marketing, and finance.
The successful Sr.PE must be able to lead multi-disciplinary product teams of anywhere from 2 to 10 associates, depending on the scope of the individual projects. 举报 分享
