职位描述：
工作内容:
1. Supply of material, services and components to the organization enabling it to perform its commitments in regards to Quality, Delivery, Cost, Quantity.
2. Build up effective material supply plans according to master scheduling in order to fulfill customer requirements.
3. Responsible for business processes optimization over time to manage the performance of suppliers, manage the suppliers align with business future requirements.
4. Implementation of total solutions in regards to process improvement and cost reduction within the procurement process
5. Drive annual cost improvement both direct and indirect material to meet cost saving target.
6. Manage commercial contracts and agreements with suppliers in professional approach.
7. Responsible to manage the risks related to Procurement effectively and effeciently.
8. Work closely with cross function team includes sales, master planning, quality, engineering, finance etc. Departments, to get the optimum result of material supply.
9. Develop and improve sourcing matrix to enhance business competitiveness in terms of quality, delivery and cost.
10. Responsible for stretigic suppliers development programms to align with future business needs.
11. Responsible for gathering relevant benchmark data from the market and work out proposals or advices on regular basis.
12. Continuous improvement of Inventory Management, Customer Service Levels and On Time Delivery Performance.
13. Ensure all activities are performed according local regulation requirements.

职位要求:
1. College or above,
2. Integrity, accountable and self-driven for excellence.
3. 3 years above of leadership experience for similar role of purchasing management.
4. 3 years above of experience in electronics manufacturing instrustry.
5. Excellent MS-Office, in depth experience with ERP packages.
6. Excellent leadership skills and negotiation skills to maintain supplier relationships
7. Solid experience on problem solving, risk taking and decision making skills.
