Responsibilities:
- Oversee China Sales team
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers
- Ensure the customers can get support when there is a need
- Conduct regular visits to Key Accounts
- Provide leadership and direction to sales team to align objectives, motivate team for successful execution of strategies and plans
Expectations:
- BS in Polymer or Chemical Engineering
- 10 years Engineering Plastics or related Sales experience
- Good analytical capability for the market
- Strong management skills and the ability to lead sales team to support the company’s goals and objectives
- Excellent communication skills for maintaining good relationship with internal colleagues and customers
- Proactive and able to make strategic plans
