职位描述：
Industry: Our member is a global leading company in the glass primary packaging for the pharmaceutical industry. 5 factories and 10 sales offices around the world deliver top quality glass bottles, both in molded and tubular. 2 750 employees support global international customers, as well as local players.

Job category: Legal Counsel

The role:
In relation with the headquarter Legal department and external law firm when hired; to provide support to SGD Pharma Asia and to the group for any legal matter. Are not included in the scope Labor and tax Matters.
The Lawyer will in particular provide the following support (the list is not limitative):
I - Contract Management:
？ Review and negotiation of daily contracts (supply, purchase…).
？ Preparing contract templates.
？ Contract / Legal Documents Filing.
？ Responsible for drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents.

II - Corporate matters:
？ Draft the minutes of the board of directors and shareholder’s meetings
？ Ensure compliance with Chinese company law and articles of association of the company

III- Insurances
？ To prepare the renewal of the global insurance in relation with the legal department at the headquarter

IV - Real Estate
？ To prepare and manage the Real estate Agreements

V - Reporting
？ To implement and manage a local Contracts Data Base To update the monthly legal report

VI – Litigation
？ Follow up with the law firms

VII - Legal and compliance consultant:
？ Provide legal advice on compliance with Group LOA and FCPA procedure
？ Provide legal advice to business upon enquiry.
？ Render legal/compliance advice to management team where it is necessary.
？ Work with internal to develop legal/compliance policy and monitor the enforcement of company policy.
？ Keep monitoring laws and regulations’ updates in China which may have impact on SGD Asia Pacific busi-ness operation.
？ Conduct legal research as requested by General Counsel from time to time.

Report:
The in house lawyer will have two lines of reporting:

A Hierarchical line: GM and Financial director
A Functional line : General counsel at the headquarter.

Requirement:
？ 5-8 in house or law firm experience, MNC experience can be a plus.
？ Major in Law, obtaining LLB degree from major law school in China.
？ National legal qualification certificate is a must.
？ Excellent written and oral communications skills (Both Chinese and English).
？ Team Player and diligent.
？ Good computer skills (word, excel and PPT).
？ Able to be persistent in following up, attention to details.
？ Able to initiate action
？ Coping with pressures and setbacks
