职位描述：
Position: Sr. C&B Specialist
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. Manage employee commercial insurance, IIT, employee leave record.
2. Records and administers all payroll processes, especially for attendance record system (salary changes, sick time, overtime, etc.)
3. Advise on queries from employees or business in relation to C&B issues
4. Timely understand the latest developments in national labor related laws and regulations, to ensure that all policies, procedures with complete compliance; ensure that all statutory report, data, submitted in accurate and timely manner
5. Submit monthly reports on time and accurately
6. Support and participate in internal and external audit

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree major in HR or administration etc.
2. Over 5 years hands-on experience in WOFE C&B function
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT
4. Knowledge in HRIS system
5. Good command of English
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
