Description

* lead the whole sourcing team, responsible for managing the entire strategic sourcing for China region

* build strategies with all sites in China while establishing strong supplier database

* set-up categories budget and targets, market research plan

* strong project management skill, need to involve in NPI

* strong communication skill, able to influence stakeholders and present with senior management team




Profile

* 8+ years sourcing and procurement experience, 3+ years in chemical industry

* Proficiency in analysis of large-scale transactional data to identify opportunities for cost savings

* Ability to gather and analyze business and financial data and formulate effective plans and targets

* Proven ability to communicate and influence others at all levels of the organization
