Promote safety working environment:
1.Implement and maintain EHS management system to reduce EHS risks
2.Develop, enhance, implement and monitor EHS related policies and procedures according to TE policy as well as EHS goals in order to control EHS risks
3.Develop, monitor emergency response management in order to minimize business impact.
Keep EHS compliance:
1.Makesure all the EHS issues meet related Laws and Regulation in order to support business development and comply with EHS requirements.
2.Following the EHS compliance audit result and action plan in order to meet the EHS requestment.
People Management & Development:
Review and provide timely feedback to departmental staff; Mentor, develop and motivate them; Help resolve people issues in the team in order to achieve department target.
Education, Technical Qualification
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering
2.5 years work experience on EHS management.
3.Minimum 1-2 years management experience.
4.Fluent on both oral and writing English
