Role and Responsibility for Talent Development Sales (CP)

Trusted Business Advisor
?Possesses a solid knowledge of the product/service applications in the client's setting.
?Before the first impression is made, becomes familiar with clients, their markets, and how success has been achieved with similar companies in the past.
?Explore business opportunity through leading client to dig out real needs which willimpact business.(Pain or Gain)
?Understands resources allocated to see how can help client in an appropriate way.
?Leads client to understand decision making process for the coming follow up session.
?Be ready to present relevant information or an advised solution in client meeting to move forward the business opportunity.
?Adjusts own communication style to ensure that the message is heard and to encourage dialogue.

Qualified Talent Development Sales
? Meets sales target through providing an appropriate solution independently.
? Makes a weekly sales plan for client meeting to keep the sales pipeline healthy.
? Willingness to make cold call regularly to make sure certain quantity of client meeting.
? Utilizes a systematic sales management tool to aware of individual sales status.
? Studies as well as applies best practice as a fast learner.
? Has the ability to draft a proposal or meeting minutes after each client meeting.
? Has the ability to draft a contract after closing the deal.
? Effectively handles each deal from selling to implementation.

Real Client Relationship Maintainer
? Positions self atthe appropriate professional level to match the client.
? Invites client to marketing event (co-marketing or own), public seminar, sharing session to help client develop and create new business opportunity.
? Works closely with client to support business development.
? Has the ability to read people and react to individual needs.

Friendly Working Partner
? Respects consultant's inputs before,during or after client's meeting base on supporting client as one team.
? Synergizes sales and delivery resources to increase win rate.
? Solves client issues as top priorities within the implementation process.
