职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Lead projects from the concept to delivery to the customer
Initiate & manage the schedule to make sure projects is going to be launched on time
Product continue improvements (including: reduce cost, improve structure and ensure the steady quality)
Establish and maintain the good relationship with customers, suppliers and other internal departments
Prepare and launch the drawings/product documents for mass production
Analysis product problems and take the suitable action
Continue improvement in mass production
Initiate the schedule for new projects
Breakdown tasks during various development stage (including: Design/prototype/tooling building/EB/PP/MP)
Use the project status form to monitor each task process, delivery date
Manage the project cost, resource and the expectations of customers
Establish and maintain the good relationship with various department, including MKT, R&D, ENG, Purchasing, QA, PMC, Tooling shop and suppliers

Requirement:
B.S.
More than 5 years project management experience
Project management experience in heavy machine industry
Familiar with of production, import, export, and project cost calculation and control
Can lead a cross-culture team
Good cross communication skill
Willing to oversea business travel
Work well under high pressure
Stable, passional, active
