Job Description:

Process orders
Follow up payment status
Arrange domestic shipments
Check VAT invoice details monthly
Deal with customer requirements, like quotes, samples, returns & replacement, and send test reports & certificates
Enquire for air shipments with different forwarders
Submit booking and other shipping data for ocean shipments on the system as required
Follow up shipment status
Coordinate between factories and forwarders when abnormal issues happen
Fulfill other tasks assigned by your manager

Qualifications:

College education or above
At least 2 - 4 years related work experience
English Skills both on writing and speaking
Basic knowledge of logistic operation
Customer-focused
Detail-oriented
Proactive & motivated
Be able to solve problem independently
