职位描述：

Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)
· Business control, financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for Greater China Inspections and Audits business. This position offers exposure to management level discussions.

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
General
· Prepare Monthly management reports on revenue, profitability, Capex and cash flow performance.
· Drive annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process on revenue, profitability, Capex and cash flow
· Monthly Business Review package preparation and presentation to top management

People
· Manage 1 analyst in South China, and total 3 data input clerks in both Shanghai and Shenzhen.

Business Partnering
· Work proactively and collaboratively with various stakeholders in the region to acquire or provide information needed for analysis / reporting / budgeting / forecasting
· Understand the financial results and business trend, and being able to communicate your understanding / analysis with various stakeholders.
· Drive cost control measures and cash collection performance.
· Develop, maintain and improve analytical models to assist Operations to manage headcounts and travel costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
· Degree in Accounting / Business Studies or related disciplines
· At least 5 years of work experience, of which 3 years of relevant experience in sizable organization. Candidates with less experience will be considered as senior analyst.
· Regional exposure with strong analytical skills and business acumen
· Able to meet deadlines under pressure and work independently with an approachable manner
· Pro-active, detail-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to changes in a fast moving environment
· Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good presentation skill and proficiency in written English is a must.
