职位描述：
Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. 新供应商品质保证能力的评定
Evaluate new suppliers on their capability of QA/QC
2. 供应商新产品的品质风险评定，包括供应商新产品的首检,如果必要
Evaluate the quality risk on new component of suppliers, including quality check on first batch of production, if needed
3. 供应商不良品问题分析，要求和协助供应商找到对策
Analyze defective samples and defective reasons, support and require supplier to find CAPA (Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions)
4. 跟踪，验证和确认供应商质量问题的纠正预防措施
Follow up, verify and validate on CAPA provided by suppliers
5. 帮助供应商对产品质量和制程进行持续改善
Support suppliers on continuous improvement of product quality and production process

Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
履行领导交办的其他要求、指导或分配的职责。

Requirements要求：
1. 机械等或模具专业大专（含）以上学历
College degree or above – Major in mechanical engineering or tooling
2. 3年以上供应商质量管理经验或品检部管理经验
3 years or above experience in SQE or QC management level
3. 对注塑件，或冲压件，或压铸件等的加工工艺，电镀工艺等有一定了解
Familiar to e-coating, injection, or stamping, or die-casting
4. 沟通能力, 协调能力，问题分析和优化能力
Good at communication, coordination, analyzing problems and finding solutions
5. 具有开拓精神，良好的团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力
Willing to take challenge, teamwork, can work under pressure
6. 善于与供应商合作，有质量体系评审员资历优先考虑
Good at cooperate with suppliers, experience in QMS audit and familiar in quality audit system is a plus 举报 分享
