岗位职责:
-In charge Purchasing,planning,order management, warehouse management, logistic management
-Manage the overall supply chain operation for assigned country, develop and suggest improvement plan to smoothen the process and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain management function in whole
-Design and implement supply solution in accordance to the customer and project.
-Provide in-depth analysis of potential suppliers and supply markets in Asia, develop and maintain good/ potential suppliers database and provide continuous supply market update to corporate/ division procurement.
-Ensure the team actively to implement all relevant global and local policies and procedures, achieve satisfactory results under the condition of cost-effective operation and keep continuous improvement to better the whole supply chain from materials perspective.
-Optimize the capacity of current logistic center and ensure that inventory risks are proactively managed
-Liaison and coordinate with different departments in order to have better interaction
-Supervise and provide directions to forecasting, material control, warehousing, customs and logistics teams
-Streamline processes along the supply chain from supplier to ex-work
-Improve local supplier management respectively in speed, quality, and cost
-Develop and maintain a effective warehouse management system
-Enhance inventory control in accuracy and capital optimization
-Build up professional SCM team respectively in efficiency and accountability
-Cost saving of country supply chain
-Enhance support to regional business development
任职资格:
-B.S.
-Over 8 years supply chain management experience, including purchasing ,warehouse, planning, logistic in manufacturing Industry
-MNC experience
-Strong in order management, warehouse management
-Strong in leadership, people management
-Lean experience
-Be familiar with Kanban, Kaizen
-Experienced of SAP or oracle
-Fluent in English
