With increasing complexity and pressure on their export department, they are currently looking for experienced Export Manager to lead the whole team through improving procedures, on time delivery rate, overseas vendor management and general customer satisfaction.




Client Details

Headquartered in Hebei Tangshan, my client is a well-known local industry leader in cable production focusing on middle and low voltage industrial use cables. Employing over 1000 people across their two facilities in China, their revenue is over 1.5 Billion RMB in 2015 and growing at exponential pace forecasting at double digit growth. Exporting over 70% of their products to USA, Europe and developing countries including Africa and South East Asia regions, they are anticipating China Main Board IPO in 2018.

With increasing complexity and pressure on their export department, they are currently looking for experienced Export Manager to lead the whole team through improving procedures, on time delivery rate, overseas vendor management and general customer satisfaction.




Description

Overseeing the whole Export department consisting of over 10 staff, responsibilities include;

Take care of transportation both domestics and overseas including 3PL and International Freight Forwarders.

Manage and establish logistics network to meet client needs in USA, Australia, Europe and Africa.

Plan and manage the logistics supply model to ensure best-fit-for-purpose, effective and efficient in both logistics cost and capabilities.

Coordinate with local and overseas departments in guaranteeing customer satisfaction and on time delivery.

Manage custom clearance for both China and overseas maintaining efficient lead times reducing delays

Continuously improve the operation processes so as to improve the operational performance




Profile

Suitable candidates would have solid experience in exportation of Mechanical products;

Over 5 years working experience in logistics / exportation

Team management exposure along with multitasking on numerous projects

Experienced with domestic and global 3PL and Freight Forwarding company

Ability in solving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, exports and customer issues

Strong English communications
