职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、北斗、GPS天线类系列产品设计开发；
2、负责北斗、GPS类天线选型、测试工作；
3、北斗、GPS天线有源电路设计；
4、北斗、GPS天线整机匹配；
3、技术文档建立、样品制作、试生产及批量生产前的相关技术转移。

岗位要求：
1、电磁场微波、通信工程或电子工程相关专业,具备扎实的电磁场与电磁波理论、微波技术、天线设计原理的理论基础；
2、2年以上北斗、GPS天线产品(有源或无源)设计、开发、调试经历
3、熟悉北斗、GPS天线原理，熟悉北斗、GPS有源和无源天线设计、测试、生产流程，熟悉北斗、GPS无源陶瓷天线设计、生产、调试校准原理以及流程，并能熟练掌握北斗、GPS天线针对北斗、GPS整机设备的匹配调试；
4、熟练使用网络分析仪、北斗、GPS信号源、频谱分析仪等射频测试设备；
5、熟练应用各种电子产品设计仿真软件：power,pcb,orcad,ads ,hfss等；
6、有较强的责任心,良好团队协作能力、沟通能力、善于发现问题，提出问题。
