职位描述：
The Legal Supervisor will be based in Shanghai and responsible for providing legal support to UPS China district. The incumbent will be reporting to the Legal Director, China district. He/she is expected to take on a broad and interesting range of legal matters and accordingly; a strong foundation in either a local or international law firm will be looked upon favorably.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Providing legal support and project management for China District
? Drafting and reviewing legal commercial contracts and document
? Handling various litigation cases and employment disputes
? Supervising outside law firms used by UPS

Job Requirements:

? A law degree from a reputable university in China. LL.M degree in a common law country is a plus.
? PRC Bar qualification
? Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in law firm and/or in corporate legal department
? Ability to manage projects independently within minimal supervision in matrix company organization
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact with different levels of people
? Matured personality with good sense of professionalism
? Fluent in both Chinese and English 举报 分享
