职位描述：
? 草拟各工厂周度、月度、季度和年度营收、成本及利润报表，并对管理层进行报告。
? 草拟月度赢利报表并对资本收益进行评估。
? 依据产品对各工厂的收益进行比较分析。
? 对新旧产品进行成本评估并分析其收益。
? 与采购和研发合作，对代替物料成本进行分析，并对替换物料进行成本和收益分析。
? 参与草拟预算和战略规划。
? 作为财务信息沟通的中心，推动公司内相关需求与信息的快速传播。
? 确保对各工厂、职能部门提出的需要及任务的及时反馈。
? 对各工厂的成本进行分析以比较其中的物料与人工成本差异。
? 对财务状况或成本变化进行系统分析，以对低收益产品进行成本的改进。
? 分析产品的标准成本与实际成本的差异，并对其差异进行报告。
? 与财务、销售、市场营销及运营部门进行项目合作
? 与内外部客户和供应商建立和谐的合作关系。

职务要求、教育及经验
? 获得CPA或CMA认证。
? 有电子、医疗设备或快消品制造行业管理会计资深从业经验，熟悉ERP系统，特别是Oracle（优先非必须）。
? 能对外部或内部客户提供积极的产出。
? 擅于团队合作以及具有独立工作能力
? 优秀地书面及口头表达能力，能跨部门、跨阶层进行沟通交流，特别是擅长处理客户关系。
? 优秀地人际关系技巧，尤其擅于处理各种变化的环境及状况。
? 优秀的内部分析、解说及演讲技能。
? 能承受各种工作压力。
? 精通电脑及对数字敏感。
? 有项目管理及推行的经验。

Job description:
? Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end sales, costings, margins by Site.
? Preparing monthly profitability and working capital presentations.
? Implementing and maintaining a register of site margin comparisons by product.
? Preparing cost estimates and analysing margins for new or proposed products.
? Working closely with Procurement and R&D on new lower cost raw material alternatives and the cost and benefit of changing materials.
? Participating in Budget and Strategic Plan preparation.
? Acting as finance focal point for other sites to facilitate rapid turn around of inter-site requests and information.
? Ensuring timely response to Corporate, site, and functional requests and tasks.
? Analysing cost comparisons between sites to establish cost variations in raw materials and labour
? Conducting systematic reviews of routings or costing changes with recommendations for cost improvements for lower margin products.
? Analysing actual versus standard product costs and preparing reports of variances.
? Conducting analytical project work with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations functions.
? Ensuring positive rapport with both internal and external customers and supplier.
 
Requirement of Education & Experiences:
? Certified management Accountant / Chartered Management Accountant qualified or working towards
? Experienced as a Management Accountant specialist in an Electronics/Pharmaceutical/FMCG manufacturing working with an ERP system, e.g., Oracle (preferred but not necessary).
? Driving positive outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
? Proven ability to work individually and within a team.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact across all departments, all levels of the business and externally with customers.
? Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with challenging situations
? Excellent analytical, interpretative and reporting skills with in-house manufacture
? Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
? Computer literacy and numerical aptitude.
? Intermedium to advance spreadsheet skills
