EHS Hazard Communications Administrator-Contractor Role

Primary Responsibilities
？ Follow tools, templates and work processes to comply with Hazard Communication regulatory requirements and company standards. This includes: Safety Data Sheets, EH&S content for Labels, notification to C&L regional Inventories, etc.)
？ Follow simple technical training on HazCom work processes and tools (ERP Systems) across Dow functions and businesses.
？ Support the function during internal audits and inspections
？ Implements HazCom regulations
？ Deliver Hazard Communication expertise for EH&S Product Regulatory projects including ERP system updates and upgrades

Indicative Activity
？ Generate and release local version safety data sheets (SDSs) and labels in a timely manner to comply with local regulatory requirements.
？ Translate and proofread phrases in local language.
？ Learn Haz Com related local regulatory requirements .
？ Participate in the Haz Com related meetings and training sessions.
？ Identify and raise Haz Com related work process, system gaps, technical issues and productivity improvement opportunities to leaders in a timely manner.
？ Participate in Haz Com related projects if it is appropriate.

Qualifications
？ Flexible and team oriented with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
？ Good at English skill, oral, read and write
？ Open mind, quick learning, team worker and stable
？ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
？ Ability to interpret complex regulations and an extensive variety of technical documentation.
？ Proficiency in use of MS Outlook, Excel, PPT, and most common office applications is required.
？ Ability to utilize systems and tools such as SAP EHS module is a plus
？ Other language skill (Japan, Korea, etc.) is a plus 举报 分享
