What are we looking for?
对办公室音视频设备及视频电话设备设备进行日常巡视和维护；
对办公室的空调系统，上下水，装饰，家具，电力，专用消防等，进行日常巡视与维护；
按时完成现场的维修工单；
协调供应商根据客户需求完成现场整改工作
设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作；
协调物业公司对办公区域内的物业设施设备进行及时的维护维修；
及时采取行动应对各种紧急突发情况
Sound like you? What are we looking for?
高中（中专）以上学历；
具有电工操作证，有空调冷冻上岗证优先；
会电脑操作，办公软件使用；
有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力，能阅读图纸者优先；
略懂英文者优先。
