职位描述：
任职要求：
（1） 微电子/电子工程等相关专业硕士及以上
（2） 掌握射频集成电路和系统基础知识，了解CMOS 工艺和器件物理。
（3） 掌握Cadence SpectreRF, MMSIM, ADS, Golden Gate, Mentor Calibre等设计工具。
（4） 能操作各种常用射频测试仪器，如示波器、信号发生器、频谱分析仪、逻辑分析仪、噪声系数分析仪，矢量网络分析仪等。（5） 对无线通信系统有基本的了解，如GSM， WCDMA, LTE，GPS、TV Tuner，WiFi，Bluetooth，FM等。
（6） 有公司实习经验或流片测试经验者/具有以下任一模块基础知识或设计经验，包括PLL, LNA, MIXER, VCO, Filter，Frequency Synthesizer， ADC/DA者优先考虑。

岗位职责：
（1） 负责射频集成电路或者模拟混合信号电路晶体管级设计。
（2） 负责具体电路模块版图设计。
（3） 负责具体电路模块的测试与验证。
