职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、规划公司人力资源发展战略，分析评估人力需求参与公司组织架构设置，负 责组织各职能部门职位体系、岗位职责、人员编制的制定、调整等工作；
2、全面负责人力资源各个模块的管理和统筹工作，包括招聘、绩效管理、劳动 关系管理等人力资源工作；
3、负责行政管理，包括办公室行政事务管理、考勤管理、分公司行政管理等；
4、组织、协调员工活动、各类会议等；负责公司企业文化建设的开展和推进；
5、公司领导交待的其他事项。

任职要求：.
1.本科学历，人力资源管理相关专业；
2.具有4年及以上人事行政工作经验；
3.熟悉人力资源及行政工作相关流程及国家法规政策；
3.具有较强组织协调、计划安排及执行能力；
4.有良好的责任心及敬业精神，能承受较大的工作压力。 举报 分享
