职位描述：
岗位职责:

？ Define project portfolio framework and project management methodology
？ Manage entire project lifecycle including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, closing to ensure all large & critical projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards
？ Defining DR application tier level and acceptance level, plan and manage Disaster Recovery exercise annual program
？ Perform ROI analysis and prepare business justification for IT strategic plan and new investments
？ Analyze technology industry and market trends, and determine their potential impact on RRD on premise environment, further to “Sell” the architecture process, its outcome and ongoing results
？ Develop cloud adoption strategy & layout tactic plan
？ Develop & Maintain effective IT services management process including Services Catalogue, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management and CMDB Management
？ Perform detail analysis against IT Operational Metrics & Project Portfolio Dashboard, and generate report for management info
？ Develop technology/business metrics reporting and identify opportunities for improvement
？ Deliver documentation and circulation of an end to end Plan, including activity, dependencies, timing and ownership.
？ Drive IT customer satisfaction survey and present feedback report to IT executive, provide recommendation for functional teams

任职资格:

？ BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
？ Minimum 7+ years experience as Project/Program and/or Process Management
？ 2+ years experience with cloud-based systems migration/deployments such as AWS, AliCloud or Microsoft Azure
？ Rich experience in project management tools, project management methodologies and best practices, PMP certificate is highly desired
？ Proven outstanding capability to thrive within a fast paced evolving and metrics driven tech organization
？ Possesses outstanding presentation, communication and analytical skills
？ Must work independently with little direct supervision
？ Excellent written and verbal English
？ Experience on Excel VBA programming, SQL, Python is a high plus
？ Proficient with Microsoft Office 2013, Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) products
