Job Description:
1.Conduct Project analysis to understand customer needs across the Oil & Gas Segment and SI Key Accounts.
2.Directly promote the sales of product portfolios in Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds series, and servicing for safety related and commercial applications on the Oil & Gas Segment and Key Accounts.
3.Pursue projects in Key accounts, such as CNPC, SINOPEC, CNOOC, and other energy companies.
4.Build up and maintain good relationships with End Users, EPCs & DIs, and System Integrators.
5.Support on competitive analysis and identify market opportunities and threats including business aspirations.
6.In conjunction with Oil & Gas team to develop comprehensive Oil & gas business strategy for the identifying target segments for China, and the business value proposition.
7.Be with leadership, carry out resources planning, implement through Oil & Gas Sales supporting team to execute go-to-Key Account linking with Projects.
8.Align with Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Series Business Sales strategy for China.
9.Develop and monitor strategy planning for Oil & Gas Mega Projects, and do implementation on Sales activities on Projects and key Accounts, to achieve the Sales target.
10.Leading training & Coaching on Distributors around Solution Business, via methodology of technical & Consulting selling & value added selling & Internal Procedure, and keep in line with.
11.Support yearly bookings forecast for the China Oil & Gas market Segments for each product category based on Key Accounts.
