? Review payment list prepared by Genpact team, handle weekly payment and dealing with issues related to banking, vendor reconciliation.
? BASWARE user ID maintenance
? Perform monthly closing timely, ensuring that the bank sub-ledger is accuracy & well maintained.
? Assist in Oversea payment applications through tax bureau, government authorities and banking authorities.
? Assist in cash-flow control, deal with the application and repayment for bank loan.
? Timely bind and archive financial vouchers and related reports.
? Prepare treasury report.
? Other tasks assigned by Finance manager.
任职要求：
2years working experience in finance, at least one year experience in AP function.
SAP experience in financial module is a plus
Detail oriented, well organized and planned ahead. Ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment
A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. Strong ability to learn.
Proficient in Excel.
CET 4 English certificate or above
Education: Colleague Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or related area required.
