Responsibility:
Event Coordinator will be responsible for timely satisfying end-users’ needs and expectations on the Conference Centre usage, his/her responsibility will include but not limited to:
? Schedule, coordinate and maintain the Conference Centre and its resources.
? Upon client’s notification of event/meeting, liaise with and monitor service vendors to ensure designated conference area is ready for the event/meeting and proper clean up after the event/meeting. This also includes liaising with client’s catering vendors for delivery and onsite support.
? Perform inventory control and ensure the conference centre is well maintained and managed.
? Support the onsite team members in carrying out daily duties in the conference centre.
? Assist the Event Manager in preparation of any marketing materials related to events or any ad hoc duties.
? Supervise the receptionists and monitor the AV vendor’s performance and service delivery to ensure the vendor meets the agreed KPI and SLA.
? Assist to prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the client.
? Assist the Account Manager to prepare and implement back-up plan in emergency situation to ensure daily operations are running efficiently and without disruption to client’s business.
? Other tasks as required under the formal management service agreement or as requested by the Account Manager.
? Coordinate with ES/Engineering team for event preparation.
? Assist to Event Manager to manage vendor
