职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Production capacity planning analysis, understand how to balance production capacity for production line at the supplier factory, as well as understanding material capacity constraints (bottle-necks). Ensure supplier is not planning production beyond capacity limitations.
2. Support supply chain specialist to organize weekly production planning meeting, review current week new orders implementation.
3. Coordinate with supply chain any change requests for order implementation including delivery schedule and demand quantity.
4. Coordinate with supply chain specialist for all potential or occurred materials delay or shortage.
Support supply chain to meet on-time delivery target, review order history of customers, forecasting potential increase from customers.
5. Understand forecast and open PO status to assist supplier’s to plan production and ensure on time delivery.
6. Manage supplier factory certification and social compliance status including Disney FAMA, SCS, RS for direct order customers.
7. Coordinate submission of supplier compliance audit reports to Customers such as Disney, etc.
8. Manager supplier product certificate of compliance (COC) for direct order customers.
9. Review supplier compliance audit corrective actions plan and advise supplier if acceptable for needs to improve.
10. Train supplier on Disney and direct customer audit requirements. Prepare suppliers to meet and pass compliance audits.
11. Prepare documentation for monthly OGSM meetings, quarterly business reviews, supply chain council meetings, etc.

Requirements
1. Above college degree, major in business administration or engineering or close.
2. 5 years above working experience of production planning management in manufacturing industry.
3. A good knowledge and experience of ERP applications, such as SAP, mfg/pro and so on but SAP is preference.
4. A certain knowledge and experience of capacity analysis and planning.
5. Expert knowledge on social compliance requirements and audits
6. Good coordination ability in people communications, motivating, team work, and problem-solving.
7. Excellent in focusing on detail and professional approach in timely implementation of production orders.
8. Good written and spoken English is preference.
