职位描述：
Job Purpose
1、负责监控全国零售、经销、电商渠道的应收账款，密切跟踪销售回款；
2、完善应收账款内部控制制度和整合业务流程；
3、完善会计核算处理，跟进系统项目，监控应收对账；
4、管理应收团队，指导同事工作，完成对内对外的沟通与协调。

Key Skills / Attributes / Experience
1、会计或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、熟悉ERP系统操作、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件；
3、5年或以上财务工作经验，具有外资零售行业应收或者全盘账务管理工作经验优先；
4、2年以上团队管理经验；
5、会计基础知识扎实，工作主动性强，较好的承压能力；
6、优秀的分析能力，有团队合作精神，能够熟练的处理跨部门沟通；
7、能调动团队工作热情，有良好的团队精神与领导能力。 举报 分享
