职位描述：

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

· Carry out on-site food and beverage audit at supplier’s factories in accordance with client’s audit requirements, evaluate the compliance of food management system, identify the gaps and weaknesses of food quality and safety system;

· Ensure audit procedures and auditor code of conduct are properly implemented during audit;

· Communicate with supervisor/manager according to any significant events during audit timely;

· Prepare and submit audit reports to office timely;

· Prepare and submit complete audit files to office timely;

· Provide training and develop trainee in daily work;

· Communicates integrity issues to N+1/N+2 in a timely manner;

· Submit expense reimbursement form in time per company policies;

· Finish other works assigned by superiors/manager.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor or above degree major in Food Science and Engineering, Food Safety and Quality or other relevant areas (e.g. Agriculture Science, Aquaculture Science, Biological Sciences, etc.);

· Minimum 5 years working experiences in quality management position in food industry or minimum 5 years auditing experience at food industry;

· Familiar with of ISO9000, GMP, HACCP/ISO22000/FSSC22000/BRC/IFS and food regulations, registered auditor is preferred;

· Good command of computer skills, such as Windows, Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, etc;

· Good command of English language skills in written and verbal form.
