Key responsibility/task:
1. Supports PR with vehicle-line specific activity.
2. Generate P.N for EE component and release in Codep system, component release coordination for specific model requirements.
3. Manage change management (Documentation, cost & timing, implementation) for EE component.
4. Lead and coordinate technical issue resolution with support of the DR (e.g., e-CIMS, Fast Feedback, SAQ issues, etc.).
5. Manages all product cards, support timing of the program, and provides the interface to procurement.
6. Lead Component Cost, Weight, & I***estment (CWI) activities for vehicle model.
7. Prototype parts supply (Documentation, cost & timing, implementation).
8. Lead the build coordination.
9. Represents Engineering for problem solving at assembly plant(s).
10. Responsible for compliance reports.
11. Compliance & certification completion responsibility.
Qualification and experience:
1. 3+ years of professional experience in digital / analog electronic product development
2. Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English
3. Familiar with automotive industry development process and quality process (V process, APQP, TS16949 etc.)
4. Professional experience in EE component development and active chassis & safety function integration/calibration
5. Understanding of automotive electronic product development process in the field of SW / HW / ME
6. Skills in EBOM, issue tracking, change management and requirement management
7. Expert in tuner, audio / video handling, BT / USB protocol and HMI design principles
