职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Safety
Lead and support safety initiatives and processes to drive towards zero recordable injuries;
Effectively communicate our stand on safety to ensure employees believe in and behave in a manner that supports our stand that all accidents are preventable, safety is everyone's responsibility, and that working safely is a condition of employment at us;
Incorporate the safety stand and safe improvements into all people-related initiatives;
Live the safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities;
Draft a personal safety action plan and deliver on all commitments.
2.Execute HR program
The HR program will consist of the following and will utilize best practices to ensure outside-in thinking:
? Talent Development, acquisition, succession planning;
? Growing our people;
? Change management;
? Diversity;
? Performance Management;
? C&B;
? Labor relations and employee relations;
Execute HR practices, work closely with the Plant Leaders, support staff members, primary employees and staffing agencies. Provide excellent support including:
? Assist with C&B questions, problems and enrollment for all benefits plans;
? Recruit for salaried staff positions;
? Recruit for primary positions;
? Lead new employee orientation and training;
? Manage confidential personnel files, ensure completion and legal compliance;
? Provide general HR assistance to all employees as needed;
? Prepare headcount, turnover, and other reports as requested by Plant Leaders and Country HR Leader;
? Build and maintain an excellent working relationship with the union and interpret and adhere to the union contract, minimize grievances while maximizing flexibility within the set boundaries.
3.Direct Operations
Develop a reputation and operate as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Plant Leader and Plant NLT members;
Coach leaders with confidence and candor consistent with leadership accountabilities and our guiding principles;
Coach and educate leaders so they are fully capable and accountable to own, improve and accelerate business results by:
? Executing differentiated performance management and compensation;
? Improve assessment, selection, development and retention of best talent;
? Create the right work environment to ensure a safe, engaged and productive employee base;
? Lead through effective change management practices;
? Assess team performance and facilitate interventions proactively;
? Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements pertaining to the management of HR to minimize risk and exposure to the company.
4. Lead and Develop Talent
As a People Leader:
Lead, coach and teach leaders to create an environment where talent is developed through effective performance management and talent evaluation systems;
Effectively create and fill openings with competent people using the appropriate mix of internal promotions and external recruitment to satisfy near-term performance, longer-term succession needs and to insure plant has the necessary outstanding talent;
Invest in growth and development of their direct reports;
Engage in personal development.
5. Ensuring Plant HR operation/service efficiency
Tack employee information properly and make it in update;
Take fully responsibilities of HR IS information accuracy especially C&B calculation in line with government and company principles;
Make sure HR practices fully align with company policy and program such as employee contract management, on boarding program, employee information master file, etc.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree majored in business, human resources management or a related field. Master degree prefers.
2. Have over 5 years experience in human resource and hands on experience on either staffing or employee relations
3. Design or contribute to designing organizations aligned with business strategy to accomplish results.
4. Assess the environment and successfully identify opportunities and close gaps to accelerate business performance.
5. Implement successful employee relations strategies and post contract work redesign.
6. Lead results effectively/collaboratively through others especially those who do not report directly in the business and other functions.
7. Good English writing and speaking.
