职位描述：
Responsibilities:
In charge Warehouse department, staff training, warehouse SOP improvement
JIT warehouse management，Lean warehouse promotion
Monitor, instruct the work in warehouse, i***estigate and solve the problem, make work key point
I***entory discrepancy analyze, root cause analyze, i***entory value control and i***entory cost control
Making warehouse arrangement working plan, continuous improvement in working criterion and assess standard
Lead monthly/annual physical counting process and keep the stock accuracy;
Minimize warehouse operation cost by process optimization
Speed up material flow, increase efficiency and inbound/outbound performance;
On time delivery to meet the material provision plan;
Making integrate assess of warehouse supervisor during their working period
Responsible for department’s budget, manpower planning, job allocation, and training
Communicate with departments and subordinate to make a good working atmosphere

Requirement:
More than 8 years warehouse related working experience in large-scale manufacturing company, familiar with material’s attribute and production procedure
I***entory control improvement experience
Warehouse Lean experience
MNC experience
People management experience
Honest, responsible, precise oriented and well organized, can work well under pressure.
Good team work, good interpersonal communication skills, excellent management skill, Strong ability in analysis & problem solution
Familiar with MRP/ERP,
