职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) The process engineer is responsible for the manufacturing PCBA and Assembly process engineering.
2) New product process document preparation(including: process flow chart, PFMEA, WI's)
3) New product manufacture fixture/equipment programming and preparation.
4) Productioon line abnormity issue 1st on-site analysis and settle.
5) FPY improvement, lean improvement, and cost down.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) College degree or above, majoring in manufacturing engineering or electronic related.
2) 2 years working experience in manufacturing engineering is a minimum.
3) Sound knowledge in PFMEA, SOP, process control and jig & fixture design.
4) Fluent in written and reading English.
5) Good communication and presentation skill.
Performance Metric:
1.Precise and accurate manufacturability study in NPI process.
2.Support improvement of labor time and drive down manufacture cost.
3.Support productivity improvement.
4.Process capability improvement.
