职位描述：
Position Summary:
Manage Fi***ce - Credit control & Collection team handling issues like AR collection, bad debt review, credit policy implementation, reports generating for all North China entities & lead the team to meet the target.


Duties & Responsibilities:
？ Work closely to manage credit risk through proper establishment and improvement of credit policy and strengthening credit related internal controls, creatively apply credit knowledge to support business expansion by active engagement in growth initiative activities.
？ Lead 8+ subordinates on overall North China credit initiatives and implement credit process improvement.
？ Achieves past due goals, DSO targets, and improved cash flow through proactive management of customer receivable balances.
？ Direct the timely and accurate collection of accounts receivable according to company policy; manage the preparation of weekly, monthly and ad hoc credit and collection management reports, initiate monthly AR meeting
？ Initiate forecast, budget and plan related AR/AD/Bad Debt, and be responsible for variance analysis and improvement.
？？Emergency management & complains handling.


Skills & Requirements:
？ Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.
？ Ability to co***erse and read very fluently in English. Good oral English ability is required.
？ Good time management and communication skill.
？ Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines
？ MUST have experience dealing with/managing multiple stakeholders in an global company.
？ MUST have solid credit analysis experience and have no problems writing credit reports


Education & Experience :
？ Bachelor Degree and above in Business or Accounting
？ Have minimum 5-8 years of credit experience in related industry 举报 分享
