Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
? Program Start Up, Change Management processes integrator for IAC business
? Periodically review and maintain the Standard Design Package to meet the evolutions of the market key requirements.
? Lead and coach the Program Management team to successfully onboard new key accounts or developing accounts based on standard design package and design for manufacturability principles.
? Implement issue logs – procedure and tool – and management reporting mechanism for top 50 key accounts
? Run reviews of program global performance for under-performing programs and work out error prevention solutions with related issue owner and support functions. Assess applicability of solutions to other programs and deploy as required.
? Run reviews of repeat errors across programs and work out error prevention solutions with related issue owner and support functions.
? For existing clients drive improvements in operational efficiency through process simplification and IT enabled solutions
? Drive real time issue management
? Implement Program Requirement Hot list and Alert mechanism
? Implement e-Program Training Material and mainte***ce process and procedure
? Periodic review and update of the department Standard Operating Procedure
? Set up monthly review meetings with regional operational leads to share overall performance metrics, global solutions and remaining areas for improvements based on trend analysis of non-compliances and RC
? Monitor and ensure progress towards sales and service goals.
? Validate through quantifiable KPIs the value created by the department
People Development
? Do periodical organization design review with the aim to simplify and deliver best value for money
? Gap analysis of required skills and existing skills, upskill as required when recruiting new staff
? Review the training needs and plan of existing employees,
? Sign off new staff onboarding training plan
? Identify strong potentials and work with HR on career path and retention plan;
? Allocate department resources, approve all hirings, replacement and new positons;
? Succession plan
Business Development Support
? Assign appropriate resources to support BD activities
? Perform outreach activities,
? Set up and prepare program performance review meetings ,
? Contribute to new service or new business start-up as required;
Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
? Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, MBA preferred
? Over 10 years or above work experience preferably in the service industry or equivalent
? Comfortable with fast paced e***ironment thanks to solid time management and prioritization skills
? Outstanding relationship-building capabilities across cultures, seniorities and department
? Team player capable of confronting issues rather than people
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
? Logical thinking, structured though process, strong capability in data analysis and information presentation
? Proven leadership skills, strong interpersonal and communications skills,
? Strong project management, execution follow through and process improvement skills
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
? Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese / Mandarin preferable
? Self-motivated, self-driven individual focused on company
? Proficiency in Windows software, ie. Word, Excel and PPT.
