Main Purpose
Help users with IT issues so they quickly can work normal again and leave them with a positive impression of IT´s services
Summary:
? 1st level support onsite
? 2nd level support globally and escalate issues to 3rd level/outsourcing partners
? Work as a team member in Group IT Service Center Shanghai and support global users through ticket system and hotline in Chines time zone.
? Coordinate and communicate with other onsite support/IT responsible in Asia (Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, India etc.)
? Team work and make daily handover from/to Group IT Service Center in Hungary and United States.
? Onsite purchasing, configuration and mainte***ce for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile etc.
? Enroll new IT software packages
? User creations/mainte***ce
? Coordinate end-user support issues to ensure timely distribution of knowledge and incident resolution.
? Manage incidents and service requests.
? Support Group IT Operation & Security in infrastructure, network issues especially in Asia
? Acquire/maintain knowledge regarding Nilfisk installed hardware and software applications.
? Introduce and train users
? Assist with the documentation of IT Service Center processes and procedures.
? Provide other IT support functions as necessary.
? Make tasks ordered by the Team Leader / Manager
? Communicate with users and vendors
Requirements/Objectives:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and able to communicate with foreign colleagues.
? Excellent customer service skills. Ability to represent the department and the IT organization in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
? Excellent troubleshooting skills.
? Ability to work in a team e***ironment across continents.
? International experience would be advantage.
? Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of department policies and activities.
? Strong time management skills and the ability to follow-up on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
? Can work independently, proactive and work with events self-propelled
? Can support Group IT Operation & Security in infrastructure, network issues
? Work well following instructions and procedures.
? Strictly implement Group & Local IT Security Policies.
? Strictly protect IT systems and data.
? Manage service requests for new PC´s, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user IT and telecom equipment.
? Install and configure PC´s.
? Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining.
? Maintain assets list and correspondent physical assets for IT related hardware and software held under the company.
? Provide end-users support for all agreed applications.
? Communicate status updates on IT service outage/downtime using relevant media such as SharePoint, Email and Telephone.
? Ensure software licenses compliance and PC warranty up to date and satisfy legal requirement.
? Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of department policies and activities.
? Provide required IT related hardware and software training for end-users.
? Manage Major incident including communication to Managers/end-users and outsourcing partner (currently Fujitsu).
? Manage ERP authority administration, users account and rolls.
? Fully comply with company health and safety rules in order to ensure the safety of yourself and others during the course of your work.
Education/Experience
? University Bachler or higher degree
? Min. 3 years PC/Network Troubleshooting experience
