职位描述：
Job Description:
? Deliver NPD tasks or NPD sub-projects with limited guidance and supervision;
? Support manufacturing for launched products independently;
? Provide for engineering support for related products;
? Lead and deliver Value Engineering projects;
? Be familiar with using 3D software, such as Inventor or Solidworks, and Autocad;
? 5 years or above electrical, mechanical engineering design experience;
? Develop, maintains, supports design process and focus on concept design, piece part drawings, assembly;
? Redesign existing products to reduce cost, find local sourcing for cost reduction, Drawings and Bill of material;
? Support sales to answer customer’s question creation;
? Support after-sales;
? Certain English skill on oral and writing

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree or above, master is preferred. Mechanical or Electric Engineering background;
? 5 years or longer experience in position as Engineer, NPD or relative functions;
? Technical foundation in fuse and/or related products and applications;
? Matrix management (product performance, manufacturability & cost);
? Communications;
? Continuous improvement mindset;
? Data based decision making;
