Responsibilities

? Provide full support to Global Tooling on consolidation of nine Mattel manufacturing plants as well as performing financial analysis on consolidated information;
? Manage all aspects of the Financial Plan , including review and analyze plant forecast submission in detail and provide valuable insights;
? Oversee the financial reporting , Internal control over financial reporting and local compliance including statutory financial reporting & tax filings
? Participate in Cost Saving Programs and Capital Projects;
? Lead a team of members to accomplish financial analysis and ad hoc projects;

Requirements
? Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, advanced degree is preferred; A Qualified Accountant;
? A minimum of 10 years of Finance related experience with at least 5 years of experience in financial leadership in global companies, with manufacturing experience is preferable,
? Sound experience in a matrix structure across functional, business, geographic and cultural boundaries is preferred;
? An ability to lead strategic planning, operations planning, investment analysis and executive-level business reviews;
? Proficient in overseeing financial reporting, with knowledge in internal control requirements under Sarbanes-Oxley 404 rules;
? Lead change to enable rapid continuous improvement in an organization;
? Self-motivated, pro-active, mature, dynamic individual with business mindset;
? Goo analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
? Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin; 举报 分享
