职位描述：
工业化工程师(LED照明) Industrialization Production Engineer

Responsibilities: 职责
Co-work with R&D on the product design, and advise if the design is easy for manufacturing during the design stage, work out the production flow and control plan
在产品设计上与研发部门合作，并在设计阶段提供设计是否容易制造，制定生产流程和控制计划
Contribute to design, discuss with plant/EMS, verify and ensure the delivery of new production tooling, machinery before the “production start” schedule
协助产品设计，与工厂/ EMS进行讨论，验证并确保在生产启动时间表之前交付新的生产模具，机械
Verify component tooling, production tools, machine, jig & fixture; manage dedicated investments for production
验证零件加工，生产工具，机器，夹具等；对生产投入进行管理
Work with Subcontractor on cost effective solutions, bottleneck analysis, and continuous productivity improvement activities
与承包商合作开发成本效益高的解决方案，进行瓶颈分析和提高持续的生产力
Work with project coordinator of Subcontractor and monitor the delivery schedule
与承包商合作协调项目进度，监督交货计划
Qualify supplier process capability with cross functions.
通过交叉功能确定供应商流程
Support production in case of quality or part delivery problems; to develop and plan supplier’s capacity increase
在质量或部件交付有问题的情况下依然能支持生产；规划供应商的增加产能
Investigation of innovative fields in LED System and LED Lamp manufacturing technology
追踪LED系统和LED灯具制造技术创新领域的进展
Benchmark competitor manufacturing solutions
评判竞争对手制造解决方案
Product cost analysis which including BOM and manufacturing cost.
产品成本分析，包括BOM和制造成本

Requirements: 要求
At least 3-5 years EMS(Electronic manufacturing service)/ODM(Original design manufacture) process engineering/manufacturing experiences
至少3-5年EMS（电子制造服务）/ ODM（原始设计制造）工艺工程/制造经验
Be familiar with new product development process, DFMEA(Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis/ PFMEA(Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and tolerance analyze for mechanical dimension design and assembly
熟悉新产品开发流程，DFMEA（设计失效模式和影响分析/ PFMEA（过程失效模式和影响分析）以及机械尺寸设计和组装的公差分析
Good knowledge and understanding in electrical, control, and automation design for equipment
对设备的电气，控制和自动化设计方面具有良好的知识和了解
Good Communicator, good teamwork, result oriented and Proactive to drive things forward
可以进行良好的沟通，有良好的团队合作精神，以结果为导向，积极向前推进项目
Have experience/understanding of lean manufacturing or production cost saving relevant
具有精效生产或降低生产成本等相关经验
Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related education background
本科及以上学历，电气工程，自动化或相关专业
Fluent English Communication in writing and speaking is preferred
