职位描述：
Manage and control the business process of spareparts and service, which will includes:
-Good communication with customers. Make quotations,sales orders,contracts,warranty orders for customers,and place purchase orders to the vendor.
负责备件业务，完成客户要求的报价、订单、合同以及保修，并向供应商下达采购订单。
-Confirm the prepayment and arrange the deliveries in SAP. Issue VAT invoices and follow up the customer account status. Push the overdue payment monthly.
确定预付款，安排发货，生成发票并跟踪客户付款情况，每月定期追款。
-Be the coordinator with engineers and customers, arrange warranty deliveries and monitor the defectives return. Creating SIS error cases for customer's technical requests.
协助工程师与客户联系，安排保修订单发货，及时追回退件。将客户关于技术的问题创建入SIS系统。
-Be reponsiable of document filing and archive.
负责激光售后服务部纸质及电子文档整理，归档。
-Work with other functions: Service \ Sales \ Finance and Logistics teams.
与服务、销售、财务和物流部门协作工作。
-Perform other related duties as requested by line managers.
上级指派的其他相关工作任务。

其他要求：
1. Academic Background: Bachelor Degree preferred 本科学历
2. Which major preferred: Logistics, Business English or International Trade
物流、商务英语或国贸专业
3. Working experience: 2-3 years 2-3年相关工作经验
4. Knowledge and skills: MS(Excel, Word and PPT), working experience on SAP is preferred
MS(Excel, Word and PPT)，SAP相关工作经验
5. Language: Good command of written English良好的英语听说读写能力
